All cottagers and permanent residents bordering Shadow Lake, Silver Lake, and the Gull River, between Norland and Coboconk, are eligible to join the Association.

- the cost of this website
- two annual newsletters
- the placement of the red and green channel markers and yellow hazard markers
- summer social and other events
- communications, support, lisasons with various local organizations
- extreme water level alerts
Road monitors hand deliver newsletters in June (prior to the Annual Meeting in July), and again in late August. In addition to giving pertinent information on issues affecting our area, the newsletters also contain a membership renewal/application form for members/ potential members.
